The Apex Program is designed for the individual looking to compete in Strength Sports (Powerlifting, Strongman, or Highland Games). This program is designed to build and peak your strength to reach your goals in competition.

Our goal with Apex is to make sure you are competition ready, when you need to be. This program is designed with effective strategies to continually make you stronger and improve your skills. 

When you are ready, give us the dates of your next scheduled competition, and your Strength Coach will push out a specifically designed 12 week competition prep phase onto your training calendar. This pre-competition phase is designed to have you peak, right when you need to, for your competition.

Ideal Training Week includes:

  • Five Training Days (i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

  • 7 Total Workouts 

  • Five Strength Sessions (Two mandatory, Two recommended, and One optional) 

  • Two Conditioning Sessions

Required Equipment: 

Barbell | Bumper Plates | Squat Rack | Pull-up Bar | Dumbbells | Kettlebells | Med Ball | Physio Ball | Jump Stretch Band | Bike and/or Rower 

Optional Equipment:

Sled | Slam Ball | Mini Band or Hip Circle | Trap Bar | Weighted Vest | Strongman Implements
