The Tools You Need to Develop Your Athleticism

The Athlete program is designed around the fundamentals needed to impact your performance on the field. It is an all-encompassing strength and conditioning program.

Every athlete has some basic needs; push, pull, squat, hinge, and explosiveness. Our programming is built around these basic needs, and sport specific mobility, speed, agility, conditioning, and accessory lifts.

There are 4 lifts per week in our athlete program, depending on what season will depend on what lifting days you perform each week. 

  • Mandatory Day: Everyone will complete this lift 

  • Recommended Day: Slow week for in-season athletes and should be done by off season athletes 

  • Optional Day: Off Season athletes

Optional equipment:

Sled | Slam Ball | Mini Band or Hip Circle | Trap Bar | Weighted Vest | Bike and/or Rower
