The Personalized Program is a customized, all-encompassing strength and conditioning program created around your gym, schedule, goals, and abilities. All programs are designed by Coach Craig, a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience at the collegiate level.

The following Strength and Conditioning foundational concepts are at the core of every custom program: 

  • Ground based, multi-joint movement 

  • Quality of movement over the quantity of work

  • Mobility, strength, speed, agility, and conditioning

Ideal Training Week includes:

  • Minimum of Three Training Days (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • Minimum of Six Workouts (Customized)

Suggested Equipment: 

Barbell | Bumper Plates | Squat Rack | Pull-up Bar | Dumbbells | Kettlebells | Med Ball | Physio Ball | Jump Stretch Band | Bike and/or Rower 

Optional Equipment:

Sled | Slam Ball | Mini Band or Hip Circle | Trap Bar | Weighted Vest
