The Personalized Program is a customized, all-encompassing strength and conditioning program created around your gym, schedule, goals, and abilities. All programs are designed by Coach Craig, a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience at the collegiate level.
The following Strength and Conditioning foundational concepts are at the core of every custom program:
Ground based, multi-joint movement
Quality of movement over the quantity of work
Mobility, strength, speed, agility, and conditioning
By completing the registration process and purchasing the AIM STRONG Personalized Strength/Conditioning Program, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and Terms and consent to be bound by both.
Ideal Training Week includes:
Minimum of Three Training Days (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Minimum of Six Workouts (Customized)
Suggested Equipment:
Barbell | Bumper Plates | Squat Rack | Pull-up Bar | Dumbbells | Kettlebells | Med Ball | Physio Ball | Jump Stretch Band | Bike and/or Rower
Optional Equipment:
Sled | Slam Ball | Mini Band or Hip Circle | Trap Bar | Weighted Vest
