The Performance Mindset Program has weekly topics, assignments, and a zoom call with Coach Craig for a review and conversation about the subject covered that week, and your goals.
Ideal Training Week includes:
Daily Impact (Monday-Sunday)
Journal Prompts (2-3 per week)
Weekly Call (Phone/Facetime/Zoom/etc.)
